It is with deep sadness that Ethio Abay Development Association of BC informs you the death of Lemlem Seyoum Zegeye, a long time resident of Vancouver.

Lemlem was a hard working mother who ran (along with her family) Fassil Ethiopian Restaurant on East Broadway (at Fraser) for many years. She is survived by her two children and husband. May her soul rest in peace. May the Almighty God be with the bereaved. We will miss her very much.

In her honour, Ethio Abay Development Association of BC has cancelled the fundraising event that was scheduled to take place this Saturday, October 3, 2015. We will inform you when we re-schedule the fundraising event.

Funeral arrangements will be arranged by the family in the coming days.
